YOLANDA (aftermath)
"I wrote "Yolanda" in a few minutes on Monday, 11 November 2013, after seeing the news of the horrendous aftermath of Yolanda.
A simple melody occurred to me and I hurriedly recorded the music on my phone. I did not bother to write words to go with the music.
I was speechless at the death and devastation, so I spoke with music instead. I did not bother to polish the recording before posting it online. I though the rawness of the recording represents the urgency and rawness I felt in the wake of Yolanda."
RAW RECORDING
Bong Ramilo has worked in the arts for more than 30 years, in the Philippines and Australia (since 1986). He is currently Executive Officer of Darwin Community Arts and a member of THE DARWIN RONDALLA.

BLACK SATURDAY (Australian Bushfires February 2009)
"I would like to say a big thank you to the family at Say More Radio Show & everyone else who is involved with this soon to be released Haiyan Yolanda charity CD. It is an honour to be a part of this great cause. I hope that the contributions that come from this release truly help the lives of those who have been affected by Typhoon Haiyan in The Phillipines.
My heart goes out to all those in need during these hard times."
PRODUCERS NOTE:
This song was particularly chosen to reflect the similarities of natural disasters that occur. In Australia, bushfires are a yearly event. although manageable, the fires started by arsonists are usually the ones that cause the most damage to property, livelihood, and ultimately, the loss of the lives of our irreplaceable loved ones. This yearly event occurs through all the states of Australia. Australia also experiences damaging floods.
The Philippines experiences yearly natural disasters in the form of storms. An average of 19 storms pass over the Philippines. Approximately every two years, a major destructive storm goes over heavily populated areas - typhoon Ketsana/Ondoy in September 2009, Washi/Sendong in december 2011 and Haiyan/Yolanda in November 2013.
In all the above disasters, Australia almost simultaneously experiences tormenting bushfires. In all instances Australia has always sent aid.
T.GuN's words in his song expresses the sadness, grief and anger. The circumstances are different, but the anguish is the same. He expresses his love and concern for all. This is a young fella with deep insight and a big heart!

T.GuN has been a hip hop enthusiast since he could press play. In 2006 his close friend Lavinia approached him to feature on her track 'Rebound'. New to this he attempted to write a verse for the song & discovered a talent in collaborating words to tell a story. He then began writing & recording music solely in his home, much of which are reflective of his triumphs & tragedies throughout life.
T.GuN thrives on live performances. He has performed at various events & displays great stage presence. During the Black Saturday Bushfires Tom-E-Gun recorded a song in dedication to those affected by this disaster, & the song made prime time air play on The Edge 96.1 FM.
T.GuN is currently in the process of sourcing the right producers for his upcoming project, therefore allowing him to concentrate solely on his writing & vocal delivery. Tom-E-Gun has many stories still untold, & hopes to one day work with some top producers & other upcoming artists to express them.
T.GuN believes if he had the right people working beside him he would be highly successful in the music industry. If you are an Artist, Producer, Record Label or Management and interested in collaborating with T.GuN, please email him at tommyballa@ymail.com
Black Saturday
[Intro - News clippings]
[Intro 2]
Uh, check me out
[Verse 1]
Here we go again, my pad making love to my pen
Send a message of love, to every victim or friend
Who got caught up in the drama on the seventh of Feb
Black Saturday a day, we will never forget 208 lay dead last I heard still countin'
Just imagine all screaming, the burning & shoutin'
No one, stood a chance not a word of a warning
Kids dead on the news, what a hell of a morning
My heart bleeds for 'em, the tears still fallin'
Can we, turn the hands of time, & maybe warn 'em?
Running from the flames as they facing their death
Not knowing they ‘bout, to take their very last breath
As the clock tick tock, the bodies just drop
Each block tree top, when will this stop?
It's a giant ashtray, I try to look away
But I can't so I mourn & pray, for Black Saturday.
[Chorus]
As the world is revolving, damn, another problem
Sometimes it's hard, sometimes it's hard, it's hard
Another day another problem, damn, how can we solve 'em?
Sometimes it's hard, sometimes it's hard, it's hard
[Verse 2]
Another day another drama, let's go to the source
From tsunamis, to flames, to floods up north
Life is something so special, it's something to cherish
It's like a stab to the chest watching everyone perish
Those who pulled through lost it all, in this event
Now they sleep in a tent, with no option of rent if
I played that position I don't think I could cope
Holding on to hope, like they clutching a rope
Flames burn through the streets some as quick as a flash
Houses turn into fire, fire turns into ash
Makes me think God ain't with us he just turning his back
What's the reason Mother Nature put a hole in the map?
As for cowards lighting trees I got something to tell
I hope you rot in a cell, if not then burn up in hell
I sit & wonder will these tears ever come to an end
Sometimes I wish what was real, was somehow pretend
[Chorus]
As the world is revolving, damn, another problem
Sometimes it's hard, sometimes it's hard, it's hard
Another day another problem, damn, how can we solve 'em?
Sometimes it's hard, sometimes it's hard, it's hard

FOR THE CHILDREN's SAKE
FOR THE CHILDREN's SAKE
look around dirty rivers
no more fish to catch
giant trees cut down to the bone
virgin forest flattened to the ground
mighty mountains of ancient legend slashed and burned
natural beauty and treasures
raped to the ground....
too many people, too many unwanted
babies born everyday
too little food to share - hungry children
only rich can pay
these hungry children will have their own
hungry children soon
this forever cycle of doom
just goes on, and on and on...
too many people, too much too soon
over population, self destruction
mother earth's sick and the
children's future bleak
(So) for once do what it takes
for the children's sake
for once do what it takes
for the children's sake
if we keep on doing things
the we we always do
sure it's easy but beware
what over-population can do
look a little deeper in your heart
you can see what's at stake
(So) for once do what it takes
for the children's sake...
who's responsible for polluting
our brain, our cities and our children
no use blaming now
let's just begin again
look a little deeper in your heart
you can see what's at stake
(So) for once do what it takes
for the children's sake...

LUMISAN NA SIYA
Lagi nalang balisa
Palaging nagdududa
Malalim mga mata
Laging nakatunganga
Hindi mo matanggap ang katotohanan
Na lumisan na siya
always anxious
always doubting
sunken eyes
always staring
you can't accept the truth
that she's (he's) gone
Laging di mapakali
Kaya sindi ng sindi
Kulang ng himbing
ang iyong tulog
Sa sariling lungkot nalulunod
Hindi mo maharap
at di mo matanggap
Na lumisan na siya
always restless
always lighting up
lacking peacefulness
your sleep
drowing in your own sadness
you can't face it
and you can't accept it
that she's (he's) gone
Laging nasa huli
ang pagsisisi
Mahirap umamin ng mali
Kung pwede lang
magtago Sa ilalim ng lupa
It's always at the end
repentance
it's difficult to own up to mistakes
if possible
hide under the earth
Gumagawa ng pasya
Na di rin matutupad
Hahanap daw ng iba
Na papalit sa kanya
Hindi mo matanggap ang katotohanan
Na lumisan na siya
making a decision
that won't even be fulfilled
looking for someone else
to replace her/him
you can't accept the truth
that she's (he's) gone
Laging nas huli ang pagsisisi
Mahirap umamin ng mali
Kung pwede lang magtago

WALA NG DAHILAN (No More Reason)
LA_JAM is a Southern California-based Fil-Am cover band formed in Anaheim, CA in 2010. The band started as a trio that covered songs, utilizing tight vocal harmonies.
LA_JAM band became a regular performer at many clubs and venues such as Grill of The Orient, Josephine’s Bistro, Jeepney Asian Grill and the famous Noypitz Bar of Southern California. Most recently, LA_JAM performed at the prestigious 11th PCR Reunion (Pinoy Classic Rock) in Brisbane, California. The by-invitation only event was attended by many Pinoy rock and roll pioneers most notably Rock legend Wally Gonzales of Juan Dela Cruz band as the main guest.
LA_JAM completed it’s first 2 singles Show Me The Way and Wala Ng Dahilan written by Lemuel Barrios Jr, arranged and produced by legendary OPM/International songwriter, arranger and producer Felipe “Butch” Monserrat of Goldcoast, Australia.
The band had been heavily involved in fundraising events and had performed for Sendong (Washi) and Ondoy (Ketsana) concerts. They recently completed the Bohol Fundraiser spearheaded by multi-awarded guitarist Perfecto De Castro that sent 100% of the proceeds to Gawad-Kalinga Foundation.
To date, the band is regularly performing at Jeepney Asian Grill, Cerritos, California and will be featured anew in 2 upcoming concerts for Typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan) Fundraising this November. Due to the recent unfortunate event in the Philippines, the band decided to delay album promotion and focus on relief efforts.
WALA NG DAHILAN is a song is about a woman who was left in the Philippines by her fiancée for overseas work many years ago. She had never heard from him again and was left to wonder why, so many questions in her heart and mind.
After 7 years, she married and settled in California and had 3 children.
To her disappointment, she learned from her own mother that all calls and letters in an attempt to communicate with her were kept hidden from her in a selfish attempt to separate them. Thanks to facebook, they had reconnected, however it was too late.
All she could muster to ask him is, “Just tell me that I was the only one, and all the reasons for my tears will be no more.”
Even if you're far away, our worlds are different
you are always the contents of my past memories
but I don't have the strength to find out
the reason why you are gone
KORO
At kung ako'y iyong pagbibigyan
pag-ibig ay tunay at kailanman
alam kong mayroong pagkukulang
ngunit sabihin mong ako lamang
pagluha ay wala ng dahilan
And if you give me a chance
love is true and forevermore
I know it is lacking
but say that I am the only one
there are no reasons for the tears
Yakapin mo sanang muli
damhim init ng iyong labi
huwag sanang pigilan pa
ang puson kong uma-asa
ngunit ako'y walang lakas na alamin
ang dahilan kung bakit ka lumisan
Maybe you embrace again
feel the heat of your lips
maybe don't stop
my heart that is hoping
but I don't have the strength to find out
the reason why you are gone
KORO
At kung ako'y iyong pagbibigyan
pag-ibig ay tunay at kailanman
alam kong mayroong pagkukulang
ngunit sabihin mong ako lamang
pagluha ay wala ng dahilan
And if you give me a chance

but say that I am the only one

TULAY
Kaytagal kong naghintay
sa puso ko'y nadarama
walang ibang pag-ibig pa ahhh
I waited so long
I felt it in my heart
no other love ahhh

PANAGINIP (dream)
To the people that inspired me to compose music, you know who you are, thank you!
Special thanks to God who has never let go, who stuck by me through thick and thin, for the blessings and gift that he has given me.
Thank you to my parents and siblings who has given me endless support. I would also like to thank my manager and his families who helped me feel welcome into their world.
Thank you Chuckie Dreyfuss! You are a legend mate! Thank you for your ingenuity!
Lito de Guzman, thank you for believing in me.
PANAGINIP
I
Naka-upo lang dito
pangalan moy binubulong
nag-iisip kung kailang makita muli
laging naka abang sa phone
Just sitting here
whispering your name
thinking when we'll meet again
always waiting by the phone
II
Pero hindi mo alam ito
matagal ko nang itinatago sa yo
pagmasdan mo lang and bawat kilos ko
halos lahat ng ginagawa ay para lang sa iyo
But you don't know this
I've been hiding it from you for a while
observe every movement I make
almost all that is done is for you
Chorus
Pakiramdam ko hindi maintindihan
pangalan mo 'di makalimutan
pagdating ng panahon ako'y mag -aabang
pero ngayon haggang
panaginip na lang
My feelings I can't understand
your name I can't forget
when the time comes I'll be waiting
but for now it's
just a dream
III
Bigla mo 'kong tinawagan
feeling ko talagang ako'y lumutang
di ko pinahalata na ako'y namula
sabi ko sa sarili ko.....bahala na
Suddenly you rang me
Feeling like I'm floating
I didn't let on that I went red
I told myself.........come what may
IV
Tono mo ang saya saya
napangti ako dahil miss na miss kita
bigla akong nalungkot na kayo na pala
ok lang ako basta masaya ka lang
You sound really happy
I smiled because I really missed you
suddenly I'm sad because you're with someone else
that's okay with me as long as you're happy
Chorus
Pakiramdam ko hindi maintindihan
pangalan mo 'di makalimutan
pagdating ng panahon ako'y mag -aabang
pero ngayon haggang
panaginip na lang
My feelings I can't understand
your name I can't forget
when the time comes I'll be waiting
but for now it's
just a dream

Special thanks to God who has never let go, who stuck by me through thick and thin, for the blessings and gift that he has given me.
Thank you to my parents and siblings who has given me endless support. I would also like to thank my manager and his families who helped me feel welcome into their world.
Thank you Chuckie Dreyfuss! You are a legend mate! Thank you for your ingenuity!
Lito de Guzman, thank you for believing in me.
PANAGINIP
I
Naka-upo lang dito
pangalan moy binubulong
nag-iisip kung kailang makita muli
laging naka abang sa phone
Just sitting here
whispering your name
thinking when we'll meet again
always waiting by the phone
II
Pero hindi mo alam ito
matagal ko nang itinatago sa yo
pagmasdan mo lang and bawat kilos ko
halos lahat ng ginagawa ay para lang sa iyo
But you don't know this
I've been hiding it from you for a while
observe every movement I make
almost all that is done is for you
Chorus
Pakiramdam ko hindi maintindihan
pangalan mo 'di makalimutan
pagdating ng panahon ako'y mag -aabang
pero ngayon haggang
panaginip na lang
My feelings I can't understand
your name I can't forget
when the time comes I'll be waiting
but for now it's
just a dream
III
Bigla mo 'kong tinawagan
feeling ko talagang ako'y lumutang
di ko pinahalata na ako'y namula
sabi ko sa sarili ko.....bahala na
Suddenly you rang me
Feeling like I'm floating
I didn't let on that I went red
I told myself.........come what may
IV
Tono mo ang saya saya
napangti ako dahil miss na miss kita
bigla akong nalungkot na kayo na pala
ok lang ako basta masaya ka lang
You sound really happy
I smiled because I really missed you
suddenly I'm sad because you're with someone else
that's okay with me as long as you're happy
Chorus
Pakiramdam ko hindi maintindihan
pangalan mo 'di makalimutan
pagdating ng panahon ako'y mag -aabang
pero ngayon haggang
panaginip na lang
My feelings I can't understand
your name I can't forget
when the time comes I'll be waiting
but for now it's
just a dream
LOVING YOU
Driven by curiosity at a very young age which evolved into commitment to his musical quest in the latter years, Oliver's journey started when he discovered his writing skills back in 1990.
Oliver formed his garage band 2 years later mainly jamming his original compositions. The house of Ollie's experience was built on his love for music - each brick brought memories from his Emotional Rescue group (1994) where Oliver played Lead Guitarist, then Room 69 (1996) where he was Lead Vocal & Lead Guitarist, then Corner Stone (1997) where he assumed Lead Guitarist & Second Vocal to him founding the Chord Offenders back in 2001. He also had been a member of APRA (Australasian Performing Rights Association) since 1999.
The groups above disbanded due to various reasons and lead him to take the route of doing solo recording for SBS of his original songs including "Eroplano" upon Richie Buenaventura's request. Oliver's voice in songwriting is a combination of jazz harmonic progression and pop rhythm infused with melodic soul. The exposure influenced his style that evolved into a creation, least to say, "Soulfully Sexy". The Big O acquired considerable airplay of his originals and continues to receive royalties for his work. This detour drove him to upgrade his flight by acquiring Diploma in Contemporary Music in 2002.
In 2010, Oliver started writing jingles and patriotic songs introducing a new sound in the process. After launching their CD early May, he co-founded a non-profit community group, The MOB, to help out original artists out there. A month later, they launched The MOB Radio and he was appointed as the Music Director and Operational Manager of the team, later becoming a co-Producer.
He also owns Gadista Music (Studio) where Magic Happens...
LOVING YOU
I love to walk
My thoughts about you
Little things you do
Takes away the blues
That I have at times
When life seem unkind
And my ship’s going down
I get so lost I’d be at my worst
But you always come and save me
And it’s true
I can’t live without you baby
I am the man I am today
Because of your sweet loving
I want you to know I want you to hear
That I appreciate
And I’ll keep loving you
It’s not the hardest thing to do
More than a heart could ever do
Loving you
But if you find
Someone that’s better I
Will understand
But darling
The moment he treats you bad
You know I’ll take you back
I’ll be lonely lonely lonely lonely
Without you
I don’t stand a chance
I’d get so lost and no one will find me
I’d be someone I didn’t want to be

EROPLANO (AIRPLANE)
Oliver Galipot Gadista was born in Manila and raised in Sta Cruz, Laguna. At 15, he migrated with his parents to Australia and graduated high school in Parramatta.
None of his parents were musicians, though they love music: his mother was a nurse, and his father, now retired, was an auditor. As a boy Oliver remembered listening to Rico J. Puno (“I like his style, the way he sings”) and the Beatles, his Mom’s favourite.
But his first serious encounter with music was in Parramatta when he met a Pinoy classmate who knew how to play the electric guitar. “I was fascinated; it was my first time to see someone my age owning one. The moment I strummed it, took me to a new world of possibilities – my imagination was just going wild.”
THE ONE VOICE OF OLIVER GADISTA
EROPLANO
Natanggap ko ang sulat mo At akoy napa-iyak
Nuong isang linggo pa ‘yon
Pero hanggang ngayo’y nalulungkot
I received your letter and it made me cry
that was from last week
but till now I'm still sad
Trabaho ‘ko ng trabaho
Para ako’y makalimot
Pero sa pag-uwi ko
Hawak na naman ang sulat mo
I keep on working
so I can forget
but when I get home
I'm holding your letter once again
Wag kang mag-alala
Ako ay ayos lang
Kamusta ka mahal
Sana ikaw ay maligaya
Don't worry
I'm alright
how are you my love
I hope that you're happy
Eroplano pwedeng makisuyo
Pakibalik mo na ako doon sa aming baryo
Eroplano tulungan mo ako
Sobra na ang lungkot ko homesick na ng todo
Eroplano, eroplano
Airplane could I ask a favor
please take me back to my town
airplane help me
excessive is my sadness I am totally homesick
airplane airplane
Kailan ko ba natanggap
Ang huli mong sulat
Medyo magulo
Ayaw pumasok sa aking ulo
Lahat ng iyong pangako
Lahat ay naipako
When did I receive
your last letter
a bit messy
it won't go in my head
all your promises
all were nailed
Sino ba siya
Boto ba si nanay mo?
Ilang tulog na lang
Ikaw ay makikita
Sana’y di ka pa kasal
Sana’y di pa nadisgrasya
Who is that person
does your mother agree
how many more sleeps
till I see you
I hope you're not yet married
I hope you're not dishonored

MY SHOES
Verse 1
I try telling myself that I’m over you
But these stupid feelings just keep coming though
I try telling myself we weren’t meant to be
But how would you feel if you were me?
Chorus
Put yourself in my shoes
See it from my point of view
How can you expect me
To move on when I can’t be moved?
Try fit in my shoes
Verse 2
I know I’m on a journey to go and see the world
But doing that ain’t easy
I still feel like your girl
I thought you meant it when you pinky swore
But how can I trust you any-anymore?
Chorus
Put yourself in my shoes
See it from my point of view
How can you expect me
To move on when I can’t be moved?
Try fit in my shoes
Bridge
Someday the tables will turn and you’ll finally learn
Chorus
Put yourself in my shoes
See it from my point of view
How can you expect me
To move on when I can’t be moved?
Try fit in my shoes (x2)

I’M WITH YOU
I
Hate, that is a word you could? Depends what you feel when you lose
And what on earth are we fighting for?
Love, this thing that I feel must be love
And if it’s not it’s enough to look at you the rest of my life
Bridge:
I’ve fallen believe me, I’ve taken a plunge, you’ve gotta keep me in line
I’m so alive when I’m with you, and nothing’s gonna tear us apart
Chorus:
Every time I close my eyes, seems I only dream of you
Know no matter where I go
No matter what the stakes, no matter what it takes
I’ll be there if you are willing to go on
Hold my hand be strong, be true
Listen closely when I say, no matter what it takes,
No matter what it takes I’m with you
II
Ashamed of all the thing I could have said
Better off if I use my head
Is all of life just one great big fight?
Bridge:
I’ve fallen believe me, I’ve taken a bow, no way to give you up now
I’m so alive when I’m with you and nothing’s gonna tear us apart
Chorus:
Every time I close my eyes, seems I only think of you
Know no matter where I go
No matter what the stakes, no matter what it takes
I’ll be there if you are willing to go on
Hold my hand be strong, be true
Listen closely when I say no matter what it takes, no matter what it takes
Coda:
And I’ve fallen believe me, I’ve taken a bow no way to give you up now
I’m so alive when I’m with you and nothing’s gonna tear us apart
(Repeat Chorus)

CHASING DREAMS
Acclaimed Popera tenor, Daniel Mallari is an impressive showcase of versatility; from Broadway Musicals to Opera, Popular Standards to Classic Hits.
This multi-award winning performer originally from the Philippines, has performed various styles of music from Rock & Roll to Opera throughout Asia, USA and the Pacific Rim. It all began when a leading music company selected Daniel as theirVoice Color Star in a promotion concert mall tour.
Daniel then secured a contract in Japan singing pop and standard songs. This was quickly followed by an opportunity to join the cast at the renowned Piazza Romano in Hong Kong performing Italian arias and Broadway tunes.
Daniel's seven year residency in Hong Kong saw him perform as lead vocalist for English rock band Stunned Mullet and his launch into Musical Theatre with notable performances in The Pyjama Game, Dr Seuss and Walt Disney in Concert.
Other highlights are; performing with the Hong Kong Opera Society including the production of Puccini's Turandot at Hong Kong Cultural Centre's Grand Theatre, performing and recording with Hong Kong's house music/dance group - E.X.Pincluding the MIDEM/MTV Asia Tour alongside Danish pop group AQUA. Daniel says "experiencing different genres of music is the best way to enjoy music to it's fullest".
Following several visits to Australia, apart from falling in love with the country and the people, Daniel discovered how interesting and challenging the Australian entertainment industry is. In late 1997 Daniel decided to relocate to Australia.
His first appearances were in singing competitions to gain recognition and exposure - which he certainly did! As winner of the 1998 Fast Track to Fame National Talent Search, Daniel represented Australia in the USA with appearances on America's most watched talent show Fast Track to Fame viewed by 38 million people and recorded four songs with USA based Sonic Records.
Daniel has gone on to become a clubscene favourite, performing throughout Australia and is much sought after as an entertainer for corporate events at home and abroad. Daniel also regularly performs his solo show as Guest Entertainer on the finest cruise ships around the world. As well as being renowned for his own shows, Daniel continues his strong interest in musical theatre having played Sir Archibald Proops in the Australian premiere of Jekyll & Hyde - the musical alongside Rob Guest.
Besides his solo career, Daniel is also currently starring in the hit productions ofPopera Classics Collection where he introduces audiences to Popera in a fresh, exciting and contemporary production. He also performs as the pint-sized half of the sensational duo The Two Tenors.
This most versatile dynamic tenor released his debut solo CD my corner of the sky in 2003 followed up in 2006 with his latest release titled Chasing Dreams which features a selection of the tenor's favourite popera tunes and contemporary favourites. The title track is a self-penned effort Daniel wrote as a tribute to the music which has shaped his life. "Since I was a kid, music has always been my wings. It helped me to reach places I thought were unreachable, turned my dreams into reality and led me to meet people that would be important in my life. It has all been about Chasing Dreams".
Daniel is one of fifteen children (lucky number thirteen!) and now calls Australia and the Gold Coast home, becoming a proud Australian citizen in 2003.
"This boy's range dips and dives through a middle-of-the-road mix of classic standards, pop arias and musical theatre hits, and he switches style to pin them all. He ís no mainstream rock screamer, which means his talent will have every chance to grow and ripen in the comfortable slipstream of the limelight." Sunday Mail
"Daniel Mallari's vocal talent moves from Rock to Opera with amazing ease, while those who have seen him perform will attest, his smile lights up the whole room."

CHASING ALL MY DREAMS
I know I just have to be patient
Keep looking for the luck that I’ve been chasin’
No matter how long the winding road is
I’ll keep on searchin’, find where my fate is
Until I find you, go through it again and again
Chorus:
I’ll be chasing all my dreams, in all places and all streams
I’ll never give up easily, there’ll be no tide that will stop me.
And through the darkness and through the rain,
I’ll find my way, not even pain
Can stop me from now on, chasing my dreams
I always saw from a tender age
It’s always been written in every page
The moment I laid my eyes on you
I’m bound and destined for something new
And now I found you, I’ll do it and again
(Repeat Chorus)
Bridge:
No distance too far, no sky is too wide
No mountains too high, no water too deep
Just to find you, I’ll do it again and again…and again…..
(Repeat Chorus)

I have my own dreams I live my own story
And someday soon you’ll be living yours too
So Enjoy your own joys
Gain from your own pain
Dream your own dreams
Dance to your own song
It’s the only way to go
It’s the only road you’ll ever know
REFRAIN
Live your own life
Feel it so you know it’s real
Hold on to your own truth
Live life without any fear
Decide your own fate
With bated breath the world awaits
Make your own mark
All you gotta do is start
There’s no two people in this world who’ve got the same point of view
There’s no one else who’s gonna live your life better than you
So Cry your own tears
Believe in your own cause
Don’t be afraid if sometimes you feel lost
It’s the only way to go
It’s the only way you’ll ever know
REPEAT REFRAIN
Everything you need is inside of you
You’re the fire and breathe of your own soul

BREATHE
BREATHE
Verse 1
Waking up to a clear blue canvas
Tinged with the outline orange red and yellow
Dew resembling tear drops on the tips of the buffalo green.
Light beams from the heavens
A spherical miracle warmth of life
That helps give life until that life from this life is departed to a
place uncharted.
But until that time comes calling me ,
Ill play my part in this symphony called life.
The sound of dawn is calling I’m still yawning,
Putting on my airmax shoe strings drawing tight, I take flight.
My lungs filling up with O2/
To the blood stream it will go 2/
Permeating every single cell from head to toe exhaling CO2 whilst
passing through the foliage giving thanks as photosynthesis continues
to provide that basic fundamental/
Of life.
If there is no breath there is no life
With all the stress and strife in our daily life
Get back to the basics and breathe
Get back to the basics and breathe.
Chorus
Get back
Oh get back
Get back to the basics now baby
(clear your mind clear your soul get back in control
get back to the basics and breathe )
(just breathe just breathe, just breathe just breath.)
2nd verse
The pages of my notebook turning inking every thought observing
learning yearning for a deeper understanding call it higher learning a
desire burning,
To one day turn a different corner from this constant high beam glare of life/
But even through the blindness ill never loose my vision/
My mission to project my thoughts articulate through speech.
A passion to hone my skills through breath control like meditation/
enlightenment ill reach.
That’s the plan but like all things nothing is ever certain,
But keep your positivity and ask yourself this question.
What would you be doing if you had your time again?
So start pursuing your dreams before the curtain descends and calls your end/
Don’t only dream but also act
And when you plan you must believe through every breath that you
inhale you will achieve and succeed just believe!
Get back to the basics and breathe
Get back to the basics and breathe
Chorus
Bridge:
When your on this journey of life
No one tells you of all the strife
(no one)
And it feels there’s no end in site
Until someone turns on the light
(turn on the light)
But you don’t have to keep running this race
Place yourself and do it like me
(like me)
Step back and take a look
There’s more inside just breathe

So could you be loved, cause all I want is you girl,
baby we, never gotta worry about a thing NO,
Come and put your arms around me and just drift away ye
drift away to the melody it's okay,
Your loving is a whole lot of tempting,
my pocket its a little bit of empty,
It just seems so simple I mean you know insult,
honey can you let me spend it on you girl,
All the glamour and fame don't come close to compare to you,
and that's all about I can say.
If I had two bucks in my wallet,

LA_JAM is a Southern California-based Fil-Am cover band formed in Anaheim, CA in 2010 by core members Lemuel Barrios Jr (keys/vocals/guitars), Jimmy Corrales (lead singer, guitars) and August Bartolome (vocals/guitars). The band started as a trio that covered songs while utilizing tight vocal harmonies.
The band had been heavily involved in fundraising events and had performed for Sendong and Ondoy concerts. They recently completed the Bohol Fundraiser spearheaded by multi-awarded guitarist Perfecto De Castro that sent 100% of the proceeds to Gawad-Kalinga Foundation.
To date, the band is regularly performing at Jeepney Asian Grill, Cerritos, California and will be featured anew in 2 upcoming concerts for Typhoon Yolanda Fundraising this November.
Due to the recent unfortunate event in the Philippines, the band decided to delay album promotion and focus on relief efforts instead. Current members : Jimmy Corrales- lead singer, Lemuel Barrios Jr-keys/gtrs, August Bartolome-gtrs, Billy Toledo-Drums/percussion, Monet Aquino- Bass
This song was written to give hope and inspiration to the afflicted, the broken-hearted and to all who seem to believe in something that will make them stronger in the face of trials. The writer being born and raised in the Philippines had experienced many hardships and struggles as a missionary child.
The words in the song reflect his inner feelings and longing for a light that will shine to reveal the emptiness, the loneliness, and the reality that we can not do it alone as we live in this harsh world.
SHOW ME THE WAY
I
Sometimes I feel I'm pulled
so far away from you
Sometimes I think this world
has rolled into miscue
Everyday as I wake up
I try to walk the narrow path
still I need your hand to guide me where to go
II
Some nights I feel I'm lost
in a world that's so unfair
and in my dreams I see
that no one else would care
Everyday as I wake up
I try to walk the narrow path
still I need your hand to guide me where to go
CHORUS
Show me the way
lift up my eyes
and take my fears away
Show me the way
shine down a light in the darkness
reveal all my emptiness bare
III
Each time I cross the sea
the waves revive
they break my peace
adrift and lost
I can't find the oars
return me to the place I was before
BRIDGE
I'm so afraid
but you're my saving grace

CAN WE GO HIGHER ?
A thousand candles in the air No rain of understanding falls
One by one To fill the well
A body count each time I raise Centuries and days have gone
My eyes to the sun With the ringing of a bell
Here we are .....
Here we are .....
Can we go higher ?
(Love instead of borders)
Higher ?
(We can smile at the future)
Higher ?
In our dreams ? (To believe !)
(Instead of borders,
smile at the future now)
A troop of angels, left and right Let us talk as people do
Watch and wait Woman and man
Will it happen round the world tonight Let us shout out "Peace" again
A simple twist of faith. In every land
Here we are.......
Here we are.......

BEAUTIFUL MORNING (Umagang Kay Ganda)
Music and Lyrics by Butch Monserrat
Here comes the dawn
to warm the love we share in the morning light
Just you and I
on this beautiful morning
Here comes the sun
to brighten up our way from the dark of night
and give us hope
on this beautiful morning
Chorus:
And as long as we're together
nothing they can say can tear us apart
We are strong together
and I will leave you never
No matter what may come, oh
You and I forever
Bridge:
You and I forever
I feel you close to my heart when I
Feel the warmth of the sun
Here now we are
Together, hand in hand as we face the dawn
Our love was born
on a beautiful morning
Repeat Chorus:
And as long as we're together
nothing they can say can tear us apart
We are strong together
and I will leave you never
No matter what may come, oh
You and I forever

BEAUTIFUL MORNING (Umagang Kay Ganda)
Music and Lyrics by Butch Monserrat
Here comes the dawn
to warm the love we share in the morning light
Just you and I
on this beautiful morning
Here comes the sun
to brighten up our way from the dark of night
and give us hope
on this beautiful morning
Chorus:
And as long as we're together
nothing they can say can tear us apart
We are strong together
and I will leave you never
No matter what may come, oh
You and I forever
Bridge:
You and I forever
I feel you close to my heart when I
Feel the warmth of the sun
Here now we are
Together, hand in hand as we face the dawn
Our love was born
on a beautiful morning
Repeat Chorus:
And as long as we're together
nothing they can say can tear us apart
We are strong together
and I will leave you never
No matter what may come, oh
You and I forever
HE WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU
"Music is a way to express my emotions. I was able to overcome my lack of self-confidence. This was a turning point in my life. As I take my very new steps in becoming and artist, with a renewal of hope, I am determined to deliver my testimony to the world".
Jeanne Ngembe is an aspiring solo artist born in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Fifth in a family of nine, her parents passed away along with four siblings, leaving her with only two brothers and two sisters. While faced with many trials while growing up, she never gave up and instead became inspired by those events.
"I have a dream that no woman is aware of, but I need to become a leading example and use my stories to accomplish my dream".
She felt a calling to singing in 2000, and in 2001 became motivated to become a song writer. She formed a 10-woman group, "The Congolese Women Worshipping Ministry" and performs at different churches and were an opening performance for a dance group called "MnB".
HE WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU
When you are passing so many trials
I said don’t forget your father he is there he will never leave you
He will always be with you
Chorus
He will never leave you,
He will never leave you x2
Your enemy will come in one way
And your father will
Send them back in seven ways,
He will never leave you
Repeat Chorus.
Bridge
In the darkest time
He will never leave you,
We are always there and will watch over you,
He will never leave you
Repeat Chorus

I LOVE LOSERS / IF I HAD ANOTHER LIFE
If I had another life, Wear my shoes on my ears
I would never walk straight. And my hat on my feet,
All the things I love to do Park the car in the kitchen
Other people love to hate. And take a bath in the street.
I love losers, I love bums
Love the Three Stooges,
And those crazy drums.
I like lovers
Who don't vote the same.
And lying on my bed
In the stars and the rain, o yeah. But seriously....
If I had another life,
I would run, run, run
have some fun,
But seriously....
If I had another life, Jerry Garcia,
I would run for president. Secretary of State
Feed the pigeons in the park, Declares money illegal,
Never pay the rent. Now, wouldn't that be great.
I love losers, I love bums
Anchovy pizza,
And those crazy drums
I like lovers
Who don't vote the same.
And lying on my bed
In the stars and the rain, o yeah.
If I had another life, Try to miss the target,
I would do it all again. And win the biggest score.
Run a movie from the middle Tell my dad I love him
Beginning at the end. Like I never did before.
I love losers, I love bums
Love the Three Stooges,
And those crazy drums
I like lovers
Who don't vote the same
And talking to my father
In the stars and the rain, o yeah.
If I had another life..if I had another life..if I had another life..if I had another life.

When He is asking us to live a holy life, He isn't asking us to do something new,
because we use to be holy before we were created in our mother’s womb.
And He our Lord is holy, and created us in His image. Lets praise the Lord
